According to , the Italian giants are keen to sign the Nice midfielder, who is valued at around £12-15 million (€15-18m/$16-19m). With the Old Lady trying to strengthen their midfield, the Serie A team are said to be keen on recruiting the 23-year-old – who is out of contract in 2025. However, claims that Real Madrid have also been offered the player, though it is not known if he is on their list of targets to replace Toni Kroos.

The report adds Juventus are closing in on signing Douglas Luiz and are trying to retain the services Adrien Rabiot, as they try to strengthen their midfield. The 6ft 4in midfielder Thuram has shone for Nice since joining them in 2019 but this would be a step up for the one-time France international.
